Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Apple or Google account secure. One account per person, please. Don't share your account or let others access it.

What Milestone provides

Milestone is a personal project management tool, provided free to use. We aim for reliable uptime, but we can't make guarantees — the service is provided as-is.

We may introduce paid features in the future. If we do, any features that are currently free will stay free.

Fair use

Use Milestone for lawful personal purposes. Please don't:

• — Attempt to access other users' data.
• — Interfere with or overload the service.
• — Use Milestone for anything unlawful.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

Everything you create in Milestone belongs to you. We store it on your behalf but we don't claim any ownership over it.

You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Limitation of liability

Milestone is provided in good faith. We're not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service. We strongly encourage you to export your data periodically as a backup.

Changes to these terms

If we make significant changes, we'll let you know — by email or by a notice in the app. Continuing to use Milestone after that means you're happy with the updated terms.
